Genshin - Find and Free the Two Seelies

To break the barrier, you need to locate and free the Seelies that are nearby. One Seelie is north of the barrier, circling the Hydro mechanism, and the other is southeast trap inside the Jadewater Fruit. You can also use your Elemental Sight to track the Seelies' trail.
