Festive Anecdotes is a Sub Event for the Quests in Of Ballads and Brews. The story revolves around the wine season in Mondstadt and Razor finding out the truth about his biological family.
Of Ballads and Brews Event Guide
To unlock Festive Anecdotes, you need to be at least Adventure Rank 21 and complete the Prologue: Act 3 - Song of the Dragon and Freedom. You also need to complete Razor's Story Quest, Lupus Minor Chapter Act I.
