How to Unlock Festive Anecdotes
To unlock Festive Anecdotes, you need to be at least Adventure Rank 21 and complete the Prologue: Act 3 - Song of the Dragon and Freedom. You also need to complete Razor's Story Quest, Lupus Minor Chapter Act I.
