September 30, 2022	● Complete the Charity Event? Securing Funds? World Quest to unlock the first stage, Secure Funds. ● Accumulate 32,000 Funds by selling wine ingredients and helping foreign clients complete their orders. ● After that, complete the Favonian Goodies World Quest to start on the Charity Stall in the first Manage Shop stage. ● Manage the Charity Stall until the 10th Customer Cycle.
October 3, 2022	● Complete the Favonian Goodies and Buddies World Quest to start on the Charity Alliance in the second Manage Shop stage. ● Get 1 Million Business Earnings in Charity Alliance. ● The Charity Event! A Great Success! World Quest will trigger as soon as you finish the stage, complete it to get to see the conclusion of the event!

Unique Gameplay to the Patch Event

Charity and Creativity is a fresh gameplay to the Of Ballads and Brews Event. This game mode involves securing funds to start a charity stall with the Knights of Favonius. At first, you'll be managing one charity stall, but eventually you'll be managing three of them!

Complete Quests to Unlock Stages

During this event, each stage will be unlocked by a World Quest that will feature Mondstadt characters visiting your stall! In addition to that, the Secure Funds stage also has two other quests that involve bartering for orders.

Secure Funds by Completing Orders

In Secure Funds, you need to secure 32,000 funds to start managing the charity stall. You can do that by completing orders, which come in the form of two world quests. You will go to the foreign client, then place an order for them in Mondstadt!

Secure Funds by Selling Ingredients

You can also secure funds by selling wine-making ingredients to The Cat's Tail Stall and Angel's Share Stall. What you sell comes from your inventory, and you can sell up to five of each!

How to Manage Shop to Get Business Earnings

Once you have secured the funds, you can head in to manage your shop! To start managing it, you need to talk to Bernhard to see how the shop is going. This will open the charity stall settings, where to allot usable funds for start before each Customer Flow Cycle!

Three Directions to Manage

The three directions you need to manage in the stall settings are Product Quality, Business Efficiency, and Holistic Service!

The Product Quality refers to how good your products are. Business Efficiency is how efficiently your business runs. Holistic Service is how you deal with customers.

Adjust to the Target Point

Each of the three directions will have a certain target point that you need to reach by allotting usable funds for it to make it happen in the next Customer Cycle. Exceeding the target point will yield more business earnings!

Unlock Shop Stratagems

In three Customer Cycles, you will have an Emergency. After you deal with that, you will get rewarded with shop stratagems! These shop stratagems can boost specific shop stats or even boost what you earn in general.

How to Get Strategic Inspiration

A shop will have three locked slots for the shop stratagems, you can unlock these by getting strategic inspiration. You get strategic inspiration by reaching a certain amount of Business Earnings!

Use the Aid of Assistants

You unlock the Assistant Function after six customer cycles in the first manage shop stage. Shop Assistants are from your friends' list who have set a buff on their profile after or during the event. The buffs consist of boosting any of the three shop stats by 30%!

Limited to One Customer Cycle

Your friend's buff can only last for one customer cycle, after that, they will rest for two customer cycles. Use their aid well, especially in times of need!

Set Your Assistant Buff

While you can use your friend's help, you can also help your friends! To set your assistant buff, press on the Business Details on the shop settings screen, then tap the shop assistants. Here, you'll see that you can change your buff for the benefit of your friends.

You can also access this from the Charity and Creativity Menu on the banner that says you need to reach 1 Million Business Earning!

Earn By Helping Your Friends

When a friend uses your aid to buff their shop, you gain 1,000 Business Earnings. This has a limit of 10 which means if a friend used your aid, again and again, you'll get 10,000 Business Earnings!

Deal with Emergencies

Emergencies are cutscenes where you, the manager, talk with the one manning the shop in order to solve a problem! Emergencies come out within three customer cycles, and it rewards you with shop stratagems once you complete them.

Overcome Unexpected Situations

Unexpected Situations are debuffs to your shop's stats in a cycle. You need to utilize the shop stratagems at your disposal to adjust to the situation and avoid any drops in your Business Earnings!

How to Customize the Charity Stall

You can customize your stall with the furnishings you get from the Fecund Blessings event! You need to complete the initial unlock quest of the event, find the fecund hampers scattered around Mondstadt, and complete the Good as New World Quest!

"Charity Event? Securing Funds?" is the unlock quest that unlocks the first part of the Charity and Creativity Event, the Secure Fund stage! Here, you'll be introduced to the concept of bartering for the right price with the bartender of Angel's Share.

After securing 32,000 funds, this quest will trigger and unlock the second part of the event, the Manage Shop: Charity Stall! Mona and Fischl appear during this quest.
