Budget 3 star weapons like Messenger works very very well along with its Crit DMG Stat and Tighnari's burst autoaim projectile hitting 200% Weak point attack DMG as Crit DMG.

Then when you compare it to deepwood, just change the flatdmg to 1k*what your EM says the % is for spread, make EnemyRest Mult 1.15, and make damage bonus .616. Spoiler alert, Deepwood will deal more damage. Thats just how LITTLE EM affects Spread and Aggravate reactions. 2/2
Damage = [ (BaseDamage * SpecialMultiplier) + FlatDamage ] * (1 + DamageBonus) * Crit * EnemyDefMult * EnemyResMult Here's the damage formula. Check out how much EM increases dmg compared to -30% Dendro res shred. Should be pretty simple to figure out which one deals more. FYI, Spread and aggravate is Flat DMG and EM only increases that flat dmg amount. So lets say if spread's flat DMG is 1k and you have 300 EM. That means your FlatDMG will deal 2k. 1/2
Idk when was the last time you checked calculations but the release of Aqua Simulacra was the her best bow for a while. Now that this bow released, this is her best one. Anything thing increases Elemental Damage, Charged attacks, or CRIT > ATK% at all cases.
And yet Amos bow is debatably Ganyu's BiS weapon and these characters are quite similar.
Very accurate. I think they just quickly rush these guides when the character drops so people've *something* to go off of and thrive for, but they'll surely fix his guide later as time goes by and switch things around for the better.
His BiS weapon is total EM*1.6. Meaning for example if you do triple EM, you will only add a total of 897.6 damage to your final charge attack value, which will also multiple with Crit. This is Weaker then just using Dendro DMG Cup and Crit Circlet. It is also weaker than the Gilded dreams that adds that adds at most 150 EM vs Deepwood with Dendro Res Shred and +15% Dendro dmg bonus.
There's an upper limit where more EM does not scale as well anymore, similar to ATK%. Deepwood Dreams provides an additional damage modifier (Element damage) and Dendro RES shred (Res shred is a huge modifier for calculations). You simply can't stack EM/EM/EM and assume it will do more damage just because Dendro is a reactive type element. Remember, Spread is still DENDRO damage.
Yeah idk who writes these guides but they but like minimum af attention to them. They're very innacurate or only follow advice of 1-2 people
whoops, finishing what I started, dendro is a reaction based element, similar to anemo, so both passives would be amazingly beneficial, possibly on a team like tighnari, yae miko/fischl, collei, and kuki or upcoming dori. All around, these teams would be great for the gilded dreams set.
I’m pretty sure that the gilded dreams artifact set would be probably his best artifact set, since his signature weapon and his passive both scale off of elemental mastery. On top of that,
His burst is only 40 and is a major part of his damage. I'd say if you only focus on charge attacks and using elemental skill, you'd cut your dps by 50%

Different playstyle imo, when Ganyu is supposed to be Crit-focused Main-DPS (because of her Cryo's benefits), this man is an elemental reaction Main-DPS
So, is he any good? From the character test, he reminded me of Ganyu, is he as good as she?
