The thing with wanderers is it can be passively farmed and you'll likely have collected better pieces in the long run. Also, artifacts can be situational depending on your teams. As I always say though, if you can beat down stuff just fine with the current artifact sets you have, just keep using them.

Shinobu's role is healer + electro. Raiden will provide more damage if you don't need a healer
