Her own bow is only better on PSN, this is a generalized list, most people aren't on playstation so they don't bother including it.

her ability to grant damage to teammates and the ability to buff her own attack as well as her burst can make here extremely potent in quick swap teams or as a sub dps. she can be used along ganyu if you want.
She's a cryo bow user, she doesn't have constellations.
This is going to be a cryo character that may be outshines but another (Ganyu). Like seriously this is our third cryo bow user one is dps one is support. A water Polearm or claymore user would be nice.
Idc if its another cryo bow user, the thing i care is her constellation. We will get her with full constellation? We will do "some" event/story quest to get her constellation upgrades? Or we will "pay" to summon on gatcha?
