Well, ofc she's not as op as hu tao or ayaka, but it's also obvious that she's far better than diluc in most situations. Showcases prove that yoimiya is closer to characters from SS tier than S tier (same as diluc? Really?)
Good character but no way she can be in 1st tier. I would rate her at 2nd tier the most.

oops I'm a big derp sorry. Mixed up Shimawa's with Thundering Pulse. That said, the logic still stands. Rust is more dps since you won't be running around with full energy (since most Yoimiya skill rotation involves casting Burst, switching to set up supports, and back into Yoi E cast).
its okay but Rust will synergize better. Hamayumi can actually work against Yoimiya if you're running Shimawa's set since you dont want to fill energy mid E-phase

And especially if you run Shimawa's set, you really won't have any use for her C4 since casting ultis cannot be timed properly either. All in all, DO NOT get her C4 unless you want to regret it like i did (I didn't read the part where her own attacks doesnt trigger explosions..).
Terrible idea. Her C4 is useless (I really recommend stopping at C2 or C3 unless you want to C6). She can't trigger her own explosions without support spells, so you need to switch out after using your burst. By the time you rotate skills on subdps/supports you'll easily pass the 8 second mark (esp since Yoi's own E-Burst takes up close to 2 secs already). You'll maybe proc the explosion once before her E skill is back up.
Rust would be the best no matter what rank it is at because it increases her normal attack damage which is what she needs while using her skill which requires her to spam normal attacks.

Its good for her, the way to get it is to give takashi mysterious conches But its better if u r5 the bow

it's calculated that 2 cw + 2 18%atk set is universally better on her than 4CW and 4SR. So the information here might be a bit misleading.
