Beidou has shield in her Burst
Beidou and Candace aren't shielders, they have a parry mechanic, that's not a 'shield' in the traditional sense.

i suspect the hydro shielder will come out with a hydro claymore user
nah he's designed to be off field with that burst, that skill is for dps characters who has to take a long field time and constantly react with dendro (cough CYNO cough)

you can now upgrade baizhus weapon by finding snakes in the chests, they dont bite, they are just really mean and insult the enemies until they cry
i think his primary role is long rotation dendro applicator+healer, which frees up a spot on aggrevate teams
He should be a 4star and Kaveh should be the 5star character
anemo is the only one that actually lacks one. Electro has Beidou and Hydro has Candance, not to mention that crystalize generates hydro/electro shields... but the value of that in this discussion is up for debate.
