what happens if you get a standard 5 star before 50/50? does pity totally reset? or is the next pulled five star the featured character?

Characters Banner does NOT have weapons in 5*!
So you mean that weapon banner is literally just a scam?
So to explain it with an example, from what I understand with any character specific banners if you don’t win the 50/50 then your next 5* pull will be guaranteed to be the specific 5* that is on the banner. If you win the 50/50, and get the specific 5* first try, then it just resets again with 50/50 odds. Pity carries over from Character specific banners, so if you lose the 50/50, and the chaatcter specific banner changes then whatever the next banner’s character is, its guaranteed.
Hello Travellers. New to genshin. As stated the 2nd pity a guaranteed limited character featured in the banner. If I win 50/50 at my first pity. Will my next pity still be a guaranteed limited character in the banner ?? Or back to another 50/50? Sorry I'm new to Genshin. And to gacha related games in general.

Omg, the senior Genshin players (as in the ones that started playing when the game came out) are so… rude on the very first page. Something about MIHOYO trying to encourage loot boxes and gambling. I really don’t understand. Maybe you guys do but like, I’m too dumb to. 😅
It's likely you'll be missing almost 2 Featured banner counts because of a Random 5 star characters/items because of this: Featured 5 star character - 80 pulls Random 5 star character/weapon - 15 pulls Featured 5 star character - 82 pulls Random 5 star character/weapon - 54 pulls Then Featured character - still counting
If you got a standard 5* charac previously before having childe then im pretty sure you're guaranteed. I got mona on yoimiya banner so that means im guaranteed to have the featured character in the next banner i pull.
hello, i was wishing on childe banner and i got him in 10 pull and i got diluc in the same pull aswell AFTER childe, childe first then diluc. Does that mean i have normal 50/50 or i have guarant?? Please help
Yes, but if your luck permits it, you can get him earlier than 80 pulls. Any 5* that u'll get on the event banner will always be the promotional if you're guaranteed
Nah you're guaranteed the limited time character on the event. If you're guaranteed someone, you ain't getting weapons on your next pull (golden)
I have a question. I got keqing on first day of childe banner. Means that i have the guaranteed. But if i make 80 wish on childe banner will i have him as a guaranteed?
