1. and in next chamber you have to spend atleast 10-30 sec to recharge the energy again so those saved time is not worth. Not to mention abyss nowadays a chamber has 2 or more phase enemy so you has to multi nuke to pass one. 2.valid but Mona will provides 0 dps boost if your team accidentally die or mess up the rotation/swap. while Kokomi provide immortal 3.valid People already accept Kazuha better than Venti so it's safe to say Kokomi better than Mona as both niche but can be replaced
1. you din’t need c6 or r5 weapons for nuking, plus nuking is used for speedrunning a chamber in abyss so you can save time 2. Kokomi’s jellyfish only provides heals and tenacity buffs, Mona’s omen provides dmg boost that allows the highest dps freeze team while also being able to provide tenacity buffs through her skill 3. Kokomi cant crit, which means she can’t make uses out of vaporize as well as Mona Kokomi is not objectively better than Mona, saying so is idiotic and ignorant
I dont cry i like kokomi very much, mona i like too not so much as kokomi but i like. Only everyone explains that kokomi is bad cuz she cant crit its nonsense. Thats why i said imagine if she could crit , she would be best dd, sub dd, and heal in 2 words best char . Without crit she is awesome :)

"Nuke", oh yeah let's C6 every char, R5 every 5* weap and use food buff to get barely 1M damage and if the enemy not dead what's next? "Omen" why the hell even argue with it. every char has their own skill/special. May i ask you where Mona's Jellyfish? "crit" i don't know you mean dps or support but Kokomi can just stack Atk which is easier than Mona who need to balance crit ratio. Yes Kokomi perform better damage than perfect ratio Mona. As for Crit buff, not everyone has c4 Mona.
in a team without Healer, Mona might need to use Prototype Amber which lose the ability to hold TtDS. While Kokomi can hold TtDS and heal at same time. Kokomi is better than Mona in a longrun

Yep, the set works well with her if you're using her as a support. Not the best option but still viable when supporting dps.

4pc emblem of severed fate with an energy recharge sands is better considering her passive imo
