Kaeya is criminally underrated. He has carried me through the Abyss and bosses. It has been proven tons of times in different videos how strong he is, yet he's still underrated. Sad.
This entire website on GENSHIN is so unreliable and is extremely biased. They also got some info wrong on certain skills and such.
I feel like Kaeya would be much more popular if he were not a character you get in story quests. he’s very underrated, and honestly, he’s way stronger than my 5-star characters.
Kaeya has a hidden pro - he has huge normal attack multipliers compared to other sword users in the game even against keqing. So if you want a cryo dps, kaeya is among the best

If going Cryo DPS build with 4x Blizzard or 2x Blizzard 2x Gladiator I recommend other sword + Have Chongyun in the team since Chongyun's E convert normal attack to Cryo Chongyun's E > Kaeya's Q and spam normal attacks
I see Aqualia + 4x Blizzard in DPS recommend somehow I think it's not a good idea better go full Physical build instead since Aqualia sub stat is Physical dmg Kaeya is the 2nd best Physical DPS Sword character for me (1st is Keqing of course.... but not everyone have her....) Aqualia + 4x Glad or 2x Glad 2x Bloodstrain is better and find some electro character for Super Conduct

I think that the skyrider sword is better to boost his elemental burst.
