the people who have all of these characters agreed lyney and hu tao are the same tier while the players who said otherwise are usually hu tao simps/lyney haters in denial. lyney team has total dps of 1258396 in 20s rotation. hu tao team has total dps of 1146241 in 16s rotation. they are roughly in the same tier.

yeah agreed lyney is just underwhelming as a dps bow character, even ganyu who is just ok at best is still better than lyney, like do hoyoverse really want to sell lyney at this point, no wonder his sales were non existent
and my c4 xiangling and c1 hu tao can clear faster than my c2 lyney...
