Buzzwole Ex gets wrecked by the Sylveon Ex deck meta, Charizard Ex, Incineroar Ex, and yellow chicken. Maybe it used to be S tier but definitely not after Eevee Grove.
Not sure who's deciding the tiers but Buzzwole is not S tier by any means
