Fishie Location

Fishie the Magnificent can be found outside the building that houses the enormous windmill in the center of Dornman Port. Fishie should be next to wooden boxes.

Patricia, the owner of Fishie, may be found near the market at the entrance west of Dornman Port.

How to Get Fishie the Magnificent to Its Owner

Give Fishie Raw Meat

Feed Fishie

Once you've spotted Fishie, interact with him to get the option to feed him. You'll only need one raw meat to feed him.

Move Slowly Until You Reach Patricia

After you feed Fishie, he should immediately follow you. When moving, make sure you do not move too far away from Fishie, as he will return to the starting location. Try to make your way to Patricia slowly and always look back to ensure he is following.

Simply stand near Patricia when you reach her and speak with her to complete the quest.
