Unlocked During the World is Your Canvas Quest
Tete Island, and subsequently, Honeybrew Cratbrew Cavern can be unlocked during the second story quest of the the Sunspray Summer Resort event, The World is Your Canvas.
In this quest, you and your friends continue your vacation at Easybreeze Summer Resort while helping the staff with problems around the venue.

To start, be sure you've unlocked Tete Island and some of its starting waypoints, especially the one right in front of the Dance-Off Stage. From there, go right and past the stage itself until you see a cave with arrows pointing into it.
Stick to the right wall and you'll find some wooden platforms leading up. Follow it and you should come across the Kamera needed for the final Landmark Memento. Keep following the path and it should lead you right into Honeydew Craftbrew Cavern

The final Landmark Memento is right at the exit of the cave leading to Honeydew Craftbrew Cavern. If you followed the route above, you should come across it.
It is situated on a wooden platform with people surrounding it, and should be right next to a vewpoint.
