The Aloha challenge can be found right by the Teleport Waypoint in Colorfall Cliffs, at the Easybreeze Holiday Resort. You can find it inside the camp that's later revealed as the Sunnyshine Alpaca Park!

Defeat the Fatui Surrounding Aloha

Genshin - Aloha Challenge - Fight the Fatui

Defeat the three Fatui soldiers surrounding the Asha and the NPC Aloha to trigger a cutscene. Aloha will tell you to come back tomorrow.

Adjust Time to the Next Day

Genshin - Aloha Challenge - Adjust the Time

You can adjust the time to the next day to change the scene! Afterwards there will be several people surrounding toys and Aloha.

Color the Toys According to Speech Bubbles

Genshin - Aloha Challenge - Talk to Aloha

Talk to Aloha and help him color the toys on display! You can determine the color of the toy based on the speech bubbles of the NPCs standing in front of them. When the toy disappears, you'll know you've succeeded.

The People of the Springs pair wants a blue toy, and the lady with a Qucusaur whelp wants a red toy. The boy with his grandpa will first want a yellow toy, then a blue toy, and lastly a red balloon.

Color the Toys According to the Fatui Uniforms

Red for the Pyro-Slinger.

After another cutscene, it will be revealed that the Fatui from before simply wanted to buy some toys. Color the three toys for the Fatui based on the uniform of the soldier standing in front of the toy.

The Fatui will then leave and the Exquisite Chest on the table will be free to claim!
