Encounters Always Happen on a Holiday is located south of Easybreeze Market, nearby a body a lake with a bunch of Capybaras. As you walk nearby the location, a quest marker should appear on your minimap!
Encounters Always Happen on a Holiday Walkthrough
Talk to Ororon and Ifa
As soon as you spot them, talk to Ororon and Ifa, standing by the ledge of the fishing dock. This has only one objective which primarily involves going thru a series of cutscenes featuring a competition between the Traveler, Ifa, and Ororon.
Get the Gifts Gifted by the Capybara King
Once the competition has concluded, get the Picture Gifted by the Capybara King, and the Gift Egg Gifted by the Capybara King. The egg goes straight to your Precious Items inventory, while the Picture goes to your Quest Items.
Picture Gifted by the Capybara King Location
The location shown in the Picture Gifted by the Capybara King is located south of Huha Hill, right beside a Teleport Waypoint.
Heading to the location after getting the picture will trigger a follow-up quest that unlocks after one day, in real-life time.
