How to Unlock Strange Encounter of the Tete Isle Kind
Progress The World is Your Canvas Quest
Strange Encounter of the Tete Isle Kind is a new world quest added in Version 5.8 that can be found within the Tete Isle. You will need to play through The World is Your Canvas quest before you can access Tete Isle.
The World Is Your Canvas Quest Guide
Speak with Icahua
To begin the quest, find Icahua on the platform by the cliff west of Tete Isle and speak with him. Simply keep talking to him until you get the dialogue with the yellow marker.

Help Icahua Put Up the Targets
After speaking with Icahua, he will ask you to set three targets. All of the targets are marked on your map, and you can start with any of the three; simply approach the white markings and interact with them.
The left one is above the wooden bridge, the middle one is on top of a rock, and the right one is near some crates. After placing the target on the right, an enemy will spawn, but Icahua will deal with it right away.
Return and Look for Icahua
After you've set up all of the targets, return to the platform and find Icahua. Once on top, you will find Tecuhtli instead. Go ahead and speak with him to conclude this quest.

Precious Chest and Achievement
Completing the quest will get you a precious chest and the They Gave Me a Name achievement.
