How to Unlock Dreamy Paititi
Speak to the Woman At Her House in Tete Isle
Dreamy Paititi unlocks after interacting with the unknown woman by her house near the top of Tete Isle.
Later on, this woman introduces herself as Atzilli, a winemaker from Me and Dew.
Dreamy Paititi Quest Walkthrough
Interact With Atzilli, Then the Brewblossom
Initially interacting with Atzilli will cause her to ignore you, then put an arrow prompt on the brewblossom flower next to her. Interact with this to trigger a cutscene.
Investigate the Issue With the Flower Fields
To invesitgate the issue with the flower fields, approach each flower field one at a time, and spot the tainted flower. The tainted flowers can be told apart because they will not close when approached.
After every interaction, another cutscene with Atzilli will trigger, then bring you back to continue the same routine until the garden is cleared.
One Tainted Flower in First Flowerbed
The flowerbed closest to Atzilli's house will have one tainted flower that does not close when approached. Interacting with this flower will spawn a single fungi opponent that you must defeat.
Afterwards, use the Dream Extractor to proceed with the quest.
Second Flowerbed Has Three Tainted Flowers
The second flowerbed across from Atzilli's house will have three tainted flowers that result in three cutscenes. Simply interact with each flower and let the cutscene play out.
The tell for these flowers are the same as the first flowerbed, so search for the ones that do not close when approached, then proceed to that flowerbed's Dream Extractor afterwards.
Third Flowerbed Has Two Tainted Flowers
Approaching the last flowerbed will immediately spawn three fungi opponents. Quickly fight them off then continue to rid the flowerbed of any tainted flowers.
Defeat the Unusual Brewblossom
While clearing the last field, interacting with the final Brewblossom will summon a boss that utilizes tainted fungi and hilichurls to fight the player.
Defeat each wave, then pull out the Brewblossom from its roots to finish the fight. Afterwards, interact with the Dream Extractor to initiate a cutscene.
Wait Until the Following Day
After the cutscene, go into your menu clock and wait until the next day, then return to Atzilli's house.
Talk to Atzilli and Try Out the "Dream Drink"
Finally, walk over to Atzilli to try out the dream drink, which will trigger a series of hallucinations, then leads to the quest's conclusion.

Dig Up the Precious Chest From the Hallucinations
After finishing the Dreamy Paititi quest, you can get the precious chest north of Tete Isle that you saw from the hallucinations towards the end of the Dreamy Paititi quest. The location of the chest is at the bottom of the cliff.
The chest can be dug up from the ground, and you will know you're at the location once Paimon says, “That's weird... It feels like Paimon's seen this place in her dreams. Why does it feel so familiar?”
