To Wavey Bay! is located at the Wavey Bay at the Easybreeze Holiday Resort in the nation of Natlan.

To Wavey Bay! Walkthrough
Look for Mualani
Travelers can find Mualani on a small island near the Giant Koholasaur. Finish the Time to Test the Twilight Cruise! quest by helping Mualani test out the Twilight Cruise attraction.

Look for Bennett
Travelers can find Bennett west of the Easybreeze Holiday Resort. From the Giant Koholasaur, enter the valley near the tail and you will find Bennett talking to a resort staff near the end of the valley.
Finish the Time to Test the Asha Speedrun! quest by helping Bennett and the Asha complete the Asha Speedrun obstacle course!

Look for Chasca
Travelers can find Chasca above a mountain north of the Giant Koholasaur. Climb the mountain with a large arrow graffiti to reach Chasca.
You can finish the quest without talking to Chasca. Talking to Chasca will not yield any additional rewards.
Head to the Giant Koholasaur Building to Regroup
Go back to the Giant Koholosaur and meet up with the whole group. After a short cutscene, you will need to guide Mualani along a Spiritway to paint the Razzle-Dazzle Mega Slide!
Destroy paint bombs to fill up the bar at the top of the screen! Travelers need to fill up at least 70% of the bar in order to finish the quest.
