How to Get Weapon Skins
Complete Dire Difficulty of Stygian Onslaught
Weapon skins are rewarded after completing Dire difficulty of Stygian Onslaught. You can only equip them after claiming the Radiant Phantasm items from the rewards screen.
Note that Dire difficulty and all its rewards only unlocks after completing Fearless difficulty.
Has 4-Star and 5-Star Rarities

The weapon skins comes in two rarities: the 4-star version, Radiant Phantasm: Incursion Repeller, and the 5-star version, Radiant Phantasm: Incursion Repeller - Sublimation.
Both weapon skin rarities are rewarded after completing certain challenges in Dire difficulty. The only difference between the rarities is that the 5-star version glows.
Only Temporary Available During Each Patch

The weapon skins are temporary available to use and expires after each Stygian Onslaught cycle ends. The Stygian Onslaught cycle refreshes every 8 days after every new version release.
How to Equip Weapon Skins
Change Weapon Skins in Dressing Room
The weapon skins can be changed in the Dressing Room by opening the character menu screen, selecting the hanger icon on the lower right, and selecting Weapon to change skins.
You will need the Radiant Phantasm items used before you can equip the weapon skins.
Only Changes the Physical Appearance of the Weapon
Please note that the weapon skins only changes the physical appearance of any weapon selected for the character and does not change the weapon or character stats.
