    ah wait, I was wrong- 350% of atk with the icicles is r5. I got the numbers mixed up, my apologies!

    I'm personally building Frostbearer for him, since it does increased dmg based on atk against opponents affected by cryo. While the icicles it produces are physical dmg, I don't think that'll be an issue if you get his atk high! I have Frostberrer r3, and it does 350% against enemies affected by cryo. Also, it highkey matches his color palette!!
