There are 79 Nilotpala Lotus locations in the Sumeru rainforest, mostly in the rivers that surround Chatrakam Cave and Sumeru City, down the stream of Vimara Village, and in the ponds of Devantaka Mountain and Vanarana. These water lilies can be found in underground lakes as well.

There are currently no known shops available that sell Nilotpala Lotus in Genshin Impact.
Like other Local Specialties, Nilotpala Lotus resets exactly 48 hours after you collect them. You will need 6 days at max to fully collect enough mushrooms to ascend a character to 90.
If you're already out of lotuses in your world, you can try asking other Travelers in Co-op mode!

Nilotpala Lotus are used to ascend Tighnari and Layla to their next ascension level. Be sure to gather the required amount in advance so you can ascend them right away when they hit their level cap.

Nilotpala Lotus is a Local Specialty found in the Sumeru Rainforest. They are lotuses that grow inside blue, floating flowers on top of lily pads, and blooms during the night time. You can collect these lotuses along the rivers of the Sumeru Rainforest.
you can buy some from the aranara called aramani in vanarana near the lake inside the cave
