Complete Tianqiu Treasure Trail
In order to get the Parametric Transformer gadget, you will need to complete the Tianqiu Treasure Trail quest by talking to Lan in Liyue Harbor.
The Parametric Transformer gadget is a new item that you can use to transmute items of your choice into items you want. Place the Parametric Transformer in the open world and interact with it to begin transmutation.
To start transmuting, you must select items and accumulate a total of 150 Quality. The item quality depends on the rarity of the item.
You can see how much Item Quality you have accumulated at the bottom left of the screen, beside the Initiate Transmutation button.
The Version 1.4 Patch Notes mentioned that players can now use various ores as materials to convert. Some ores may be useful to you, so be careful when transmuting!
Once you have added the materials you want to transmute, you will need to use Elemental Attacks on the Parametric Transformer to charge it up to 100%.
After the Parametric Transformer is all charged up, you can then collect the newly transmuted items.
If you're looking for other ways to collect character, weapon, and talent ascension materials, use the Parametric Transformer as much as you can!
The possible rewards from transmutation are items you usually get from domains and bosses, making the Parametric Transformer an extremely useful gadget for material-collecting. You will receive random items from a pool of possible rewards.

160 crit damage is a bit low.. i dont think you should be focusing on atk substats over crit. 68% crit rate without blizzard strayer 4p effect up is kind of overkill... like i said you only need around 30% crit rate and with cryo res and blizzard strayer it should become 85% lmao
your crit ratio should be around 30:200+ because a crit build will always outdamage an atk build
