these tier lists are awesome to feel ashamed for who create them, basically all the best characters are placed lower and the most hyped but far to be the best are place in highest, perfect example is hu tao bennett and xiangling, basically the hype is the only one thing that still keep them, there are many "D" or "C" characters that give more damage and are more usefull in everything...

There also are way more female characters already in the game. So it's nice to get some more male characters. Even as someone who likes to pull for female characters more, I still want new and cool male characters to pull for variety. If you only want female characters, play a different game.
