Similar to Nahida's overworld builds, you want to prioritize in getting her a strong Elemental Mastery weapon that can bump up her raw Dendro damage and buffs.
However, you also want to specifically focus on getting her a good amount of CRIT stats for this Echo Challenge, as she will be taking the role of On-Field DPS for most of the challenge.

Nahida's A Thousand Floating Dreams remains her best choice in this regard due to how much damage she can squeeze off of it during the challenge, with Sunny Morning Sleep-In following up as a good second option due to the easy-to-trigger Elemental Mastery buff.
For more accessible options, Etherlight Spindlelute is a potent choice that rivals Sunny Mornign Sleep-In, and Mappa Mare as a F2P option for the Elemental Mastery secondary stat and Elemental DMG Bonus.

A full Deepwood Memories set is the best to use in Nahida's case as the Dendro RES shred will guarantee more damage from her during the challenge.

Focus on increasing Nahida's Elemental Mastery to at least 800 to reap a good amount of CRIT Rate and Elemental DMG Bonus from her Ascension Passive, then look to at least have 30 - 40% CRIT Rate and as much CRIT DMG as you can carry.
Physic of Purity Strategy
Abuse Burgeon During First Phase
Phase 1's enemies will be bunched up together, and can be quickly cleared with Burgeon procs from Thoma. You can then use Hyperbloom to pick off any surviving stragglers, but be careful for overlapping Overload procs that will push them further away.
The first phase requires you to defeat up to 30 enemies to rack up a significant damage bonus for Phase 2. However, getting to 20 is all you need in order to clear the challenge.

While there will be discrepancies in performing these rotations due to Xingqiu's Sacrificial Sword proc not being guaranteed, the key idea is still the same: Apply Dendro, Apply Hydro, then Detonate with Pyro and clean up any survivors.
Alternate Between Hyperbloom and Burgeon in Second Phase
Against the Hydro Tulpa, Hydro application is already guaranteed, allowing you to focus on triggering Bloom cores with Nahida On-Field. Couple these with either Thoma's Burgeon or Kuki's Hyperbloom and the Tulpa should fall easily.
If you are confident in your reaction damage with Nahida, save her Elemental Skill for when the Tulpa attempts to absorb any of the Mini-Tulpas as her Elemental Skill will one-shot them.
