The Sacrificial Jade's passive benefits characters that needs less field time. While the unit is not on the field, they will have added HP% and Elemental Mastery. With the secondary stat, CRIT Rate, it can also potentially increases the catalyst user's damage output!
Characters like Baizhu can benefit from this weapon's passive as it increases the character's HP and Elemental Mastery when they are off-field. These healers are typically switched out in most team compositions so they can take advantage of its buffs.
