Token Overloaded Deck Strengths | |||
---|---|---|---|
• Highly disrupts enemy combos while doing big damage. • High AoE damage. • High Energy and Burst charge gain. • Strong at Mid Game and Late Game. |
|||
Token Overloaded Deck Weaknesses | |||
• Weak to rushdown decks. • Losing Xiangling breaks the combos. • Relies on good early game card draw and dice. • Combos are disrupted by decks that force-swap characters. • Weak to burst damage. |
Combo Card 1 | Combo Card 2 | Result |
---|---|---|
Xiangling | Elemental Resonance: High Voltage | - Along with Starsigns, lets Xiangling use her Burst earlier. |
Xiangling | When the Crane Returned | - Lets you quickly swap to Keqing after using Pyronado if Lightning Stiletto is unavailable |
Xiangling | Stellar Predator | - When paired with Pyronado, enables Fischl's Normal Attack to trigger Overloaded. |
Xiangling | Thundering Penance | - When paired with Pyronado, enables Keqing's Normal Attack to trigger Overloaded. |
Xiangling | Exile's Circlet | - Provides Burst Energy for your standby character after Pyronado, letting you charge Fischl or Keqings Elemental Burst faster. |
Recommended Starting Hand | |||
---|---|---|---|
Elemental Resonance: High Voltage | Starsigns | When the Crane Returned | The Bestest Travel Companion! |
Paimon | Jade Chamber | Leave it to Me! | Katheryne |
For the opening hand, you will want to get any cards that can either increase your dice count or boost Xianglings Elemental Burst Guage. Ideally, you will want to only use Gouba to charge Xiangling's Elemental Burst once, then use Pyronado on the same round or after.
After using Pyronado, make sure the turn ends with Keqing to set up Stellar Restoration on the next attack turn by using When the Crane Returned. You can also use Leave it to Me! or Katheryne at the start of the turn.
Electro Character Cards | |
---|---|
Pyronado + Thundering Penance or Stellar Restoration | Pyronado + Stellar Predator then Electro Infused Normal Attacks |
Once Pyronado has been activated, you can now swap to either Keqing or Fischl for Electro Damage. Both of their Normal Attacks can be infused with Electro Damage depending on the card used.
If you attack an enemy who already had a Pyro Aura applied, the Pyronado will attack the next unit on the board, letting you chain into another Overloaded combo in the next attack turn.
After cycling through the enemy with Overloaded attacks, it will be time to use Keqing or Fischl's Elemental Burst. This will likely lead to at least 1 kill on either the Active Character or Standby characters if your opponent doesn't heal.
If possible, try to use Exile's Circlet on either of the two Electro character cards to help Xiangling with her next Gouba into Pyronado combo.
Combo Cards | |
---|---|
After the Elemental Burst from your Electro characters, it's time to go through the cycle again. Xiangling will most likely have around 5-6 HP, so swapping her in without being prepared will kill her.
Use Mondstadt Hash Browns to keep her alive long enough to do the Gouba + 1 Energy Card Pyronado combo or save two cards Energy cards to immediately use her Elemental Burst.
After that, it's just another case of going through the combo cards again until nothing is left on the enemy board.
Xiangling | Jean | Noelle |
This deck is very good against Decks similar to Xiangling, Jean, and Noelle. Namely, deck types that are reliant on either healing, shields, or disrupting the enemy.
Shields have little impact against this deck because of the Piercing Damage from Fischl and Keqing's Elemental Burst while their healing can't outpace the incoming damage.
Decks like Freeze or Decks that require setup are heavily countered by this deck. Disrupting the enemy's Active Character will make it difficult for them to do any combos they might be planning
Sucrose | Jean |
Decks that use Anemo Charactesr can be a problem for this deck. Being unable to use Gouba and Pyronado will heavily impact the damage output of your Electro Characters.
Xiangling | Fischl |
Similarly, the weakness of this deck is also Overloaded deck types. We can't stress enough how important being able to use Gouba and Pyronado is for the success of this deck.
Genius Invokation Deck Building Guide
Very poorly optimized deck. NRE in a deck with only 2 food cards is terrible. Strategize shows paying 1 for 2 instant draw is good, NRE makes you pay 2 for 2 max draws in this deck, and that assumes you draw and play NRE before you draw either food card.

This deck is really bad. He required too much luck on the mulligan and with the dice. Some of the possible combo required 7 fire dice in one turn or 4 fire and 3 electro. You have something like 5% chance to get what he needed to work, in the 95% you just try to survive and not lose the game beceause everything turn around the impossible combo.
