Itto Ultracarry Deck Combo Cards

Mona	Arataki Itto	- Activating a Crystallize reaction with Mona and Itto's Elemental Skills gives you plenty of Shield points to stall and build up Itto's Energy requirements.
Elemental Resonance: Enduring Rock	Arataki Itto	- Elemental Resonance: Enduring Rock boosts your next Shield, so using Itto's Elemental Skill afterwards will grant Ushi even more Shield points.
Parametric Transformer	Arataki Itto	- The Parametric Transformer provides more Elemental Dice when it activates, allowing Itto to unleash more Normal and Charged Attacks.
Arataki Itto	Gambler's Earrings	- When Itto defeats an enemy, the created Omni Element from the Gambler's Earrings allows him to continue his onslaught of Normal and Charged Attacks.
Calx's Arts	Arataki Itto	- Shifting energy from your Mona and the Stonehide Lawachurl can enable you to use Itto's Elemental Burst earlier against an unsuspecting opponent.
Adeptus' Temptation	Stonehide Lawachurl	- The Stonehide Lawachurl only needs two energy to use its Elemental Burst, so using it with an Adeptus' Temptation to increase its damage can potentially one-shot a wounded and unprepared enemy.

How to Play Itto Ultracarry Deck

Starting Hand

Elemental Resonance: Enduring Rock	Liu Su	Adeptus' Temptation	Wolf's Gravestone

Try for Elemental Resonance: Enduring Rock in your opening hand because it boosts the Shield points of Itto's Elemental Skill and help you stall until you can activate Itto's Elemental Burst.

Liu Su is also a good card to keep because it will help you with generating Energy in the early rounds when switching characters.

A copy of Adeptus' Temptation is also worth keeping to quickly burst down enemies and surprise your opponent.

Wolf's Gravestone provides good value because Itto will deal most of his damage via Normal and Charged Attacks.

The Combo

Start with Mona and use her Elemental Skill to apply Hydro on the opponent. Swap to Itto and use his Elemental Skill to trigger a Crystallize reaction to gain Shields and stall until you can use Itto's Elemental Burst. When Itto's Elemental Burst is active use an Adeptus' Temptation if you have it then unleash a barrage of Normal and Charged Attacks. This should severely wound or even take down your opponent's active character, forcing them to swap out.

After the Combo

After attacking with Itto, you can switch to the Stonehide Lawachurl to soak up damage and protect Itto. If you have Paimon or Liben in hand, you can try to set them up during this time to gain more Dice for more attacks next turn. If Itto happens to fall in combat, the Stonehide Lawachurl should be able to finish off stragglers.

Itto and Mona's Elemental Skills provide you with decent tankiness to stall and allow you to build up Itto's Elemental Burst for massive damage. These NPC decks do not have a lot of disruption so they should be easily taken down.

For the same reasons we discussed above, this deck is excellent against almost any AI deck in the game that doesn't run any disruptive cards.

What does this Deck Counter?

Good Against Swirl Decks

Swirl Decks usually aim to disrupt your game plan and do not have a lot of damage. This deck has plenty of Shields to win battles of attrition. Being forced to switch characters should not pose a problem because Mona can help set up Crystallize reactions for next round and the Stonehide Lawachurl offers decent damage and can potentially burst down wounded enemies.

How to Counter Itto Ultracarry Deck: How to Beat

Use Freeze Decks

This deck is weak against Freeze decks that can prevent Itto from attacking. Itto needs to execute several Normal and Charge Attacks to get the most from his Elemental Burst, and each attack gives your opponent a window to respond with a Freeze reaction. Itto getting Frozen means you will have to rely on the Stonehide Lawachurl for damage.
