You can get Electro Sigils when you level up the Statue of Seven in Inazuma. Each level of the Statue of Seven will have different amounts of Electro Sigils. So collect all Electroculus to get those sigils!

You can get Electro Sigils when you open chests as well! Above is a list of how much Sigil you get when you open a specific type of chest. Note that Remarkable Chests do not drop Electro Sigils, only Furnishing Blueprints.
You can also use the Electro Treasure Compass to find the locations of chests in Inazuma! Simply follow the aura upon using the gadget. You will know if you are near a chest when its cooldown goes to 30s.
The blueprint of the gadget will unlock upon reaching Level 9 Reputation.
How to Get Electro Treasure Compass
You can get Electro Sigils by completing One-Time Domains in Inazuma! Beating all domains will accumulate 25 Electro Sigils in total.

The Electro Sigils can be used to level up the Sacred Sakura's Favor Level. Offer 25 Electro Sigils per level to gain valuable items in return. This also increases the Electrogranum's power as well!
In Version 2.4, once you level up the Sacred Sakura Tree to the maximum level of 50, you can exchange the Electro Sigils you collect with Mikoshi Genichirou in Netsuke no Gen Crafts, the Souvenir Shop in Inazuma!
Mikoshi sells furnishings, weapon enhancement materials, and Mora. Sadly, there are no Billets available in his shop.
