To unlock this quest, you have to complete both the main Event Quest, The Origin of the Lantern, and the first Lantern Rite Tales quest, City of Chores. Some quests are also time-locked, so check back once the event progresses!
This quest can be found under the Lantern Rite Tales part of the event where you have to complete requests all over Liyue Harbor to increase your Festive Fever level.

Something seems to be bothering Granny Ruoxin from Qingce Village.

| 1 |  Head to the teleporter at Qingce Village and talk to Granny Rouxin who is nearby. |
| 2 |  Go down the hill and talk to Ms. Bai, she will ask for three portions of Raw Meat, and Fowl. |
| 3 |  Talk to Pops Kai, who is just across the road from where you are standing. |
| 4 |  Head back up to Granny Ruoxin and talk to her. |
| 5 |  Go outside and towards the entrace of Qingce Village and talk to Granny Rouxin. Then talk to her again at night (18:00 - 0:00) to finish the quest. |

Make sure you have at least 3 pieces of Raw Meat and Fowl before accepting this quest. That way, you do not have to farm for it during the quest.
