Think your missing some pokemon in that 1st decklist lol how is your fossil gonna evolve?
Since the new set came out, this deck has been destroying top tier decks like Solgaleo, and Giratina. With rare candy the deck is extremely overpowered, along with having chatot in the deck!
That is a S-Tier deck, period.
People will say that this is a deck that doesn't deserve to be S but if you've actually used it you know that it's so fucking good. Just look at this results:

This deck should definitely not be considered a tier it’s too reliant on evolutions
Genuinely a mid deck
Rampardos is strong with Lucario. The +20 damage buff ensures that most Pokemons are in the OTK range. I also run a single Hitmonchan for early agro with 2 X Speed. That is helpful in you go first: You may want to retreat Riolu, evolve it and attack for 30+20 or 50+20 (Cranidos). Leaf isn't needed in most cases, and "clashes" with Prof. Research. I don't run any HP buff/heal cards, nor EXs. I think Cyrus is slightly better than Sabrina. That approach is f2p friendly and A tier imo.
