For Stage 5, try to have as much variety in elements as possible to take advantage of the possible 25% Elemental DMG boost before Effector buffs.
Teams like Hyperbloom and Overvape have the advantage here due to how many different elements those teams contain.
First Round |
---|
Character Max HP +15% A teamwide tally will be increased by 1/2/2 stacks respectively after a character's Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks hit an opponent. Each stack of the tally grants all party members a 7% All Elemental DMG Bonus for 4s. Can be triggered up to once every 0.2s, max 8 stacks. After a Character triggers an Elemental Reaction on an opponent, the All Elemental RES of that opponent is decreased by 100% for 4s. |
Second Round |
Character Elemental Mastery +80 After a character triggers an Elemental Reaction, all party members gain 32 Elemental Mastery and a 6.5% All Elemental DMG Bonus for 4s. Can be triggered up to once every 1s, max 5 stacks. After a Character triggers an Elemental Reaction on an opponent, the All Elemental RES of that opponent is decreased by 100% for 4s. |
Third Round |
Character ATK +15% After a character's Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, the DMG dealt by the Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts of all party members increases by 12% for 8s. Can be triggered up to once every 0.2s, max 5 stacks. After a Character triggers an Elemental Reaction on an opponent, the All Elemental RES of that opponent is decreased by 100% for 4s. |
Round 1's Effectors are built purely for Neuvillette, as well as the team being centered around him and his damage.
The harder he hits against the enemy, the faster you rack up points, hence the increases to HP, the buffs to Normal and Charged Attacks, and the Elemental RES shred against the enemy.
Round 2's Effectors are made with a team like Hyperbloom or Quicken in mind, as more Elemental Mastery aids in providing more damage either using Hyperbloom Cores, or Spread/Aggravate damage.
Round 3 focuses on enhancing the Elemental DMG that the team can cause due to the main damage dealers of the team being Catalyst users and off-Field damage dealers.
As with the other challenges, work your way up to 5000 points over the course of the challenge.
Round 1 and 2 in particular are full of fodder units that can be easily cleared to reach the 5000 point goal.
The first round features plenty of opponents that are clumped up together, allowing for easy hits with an AoE unit or Neuvillette's Charged Attacks.
Use this to your advantage to clear wave after wave quickly to rack up as many points as possible.
The second round contains slightly tougher opponents that cannot be crowd-controlled as easily, but are still susceptible to being grouped up due to how they fight.
Make sure to bring strong damage that either specializes in AoE or is able to hit opponents from afar.
Most of the enemies here do not spawn in the same volume as the previous two rounds, making strong Elemental Damage the main choice here.
Focus on dealing with waves as fast as possible by unloading strong attacks such as Heizou's Elemental Skill or Wanderer's flurry of attacks.
