Aside from the Ley Line Disorder, the first and second rounds of Stage 6 want you to run Anemo (due to the sheer number of mobs in one wave) and Geo units (due to the Geo-shielded Golem) respectively. Use Venti and Chiori on these rounds and build your team around them.
In the first round, note that there would be at least one Slime or Specter that resist most elements except Cryo, so teams focused on AoE Freeze is best to utilize in this round.
The last round can use Sucrose for standard Elemental Reactions like Vaporize or Melt, but you may still use other Anemo-focused or mono-Geo teams to utilize the buffs from this stage's Ley Line Disorder.

Round 1's Effectors favor Venti, or Anemo users if you didn't choose him. As there will be multiple waves of enemies with a variety of innate Elements, stacking Elemental Mastery buffs is best to run to mix Elemental Reactions.
As Round 2 focuses on Geo units, if you run Chiori or other DEF-scaling Geo users, you may use the DEF and shield effector as long as you have a shielder or a way to obtain the Crystallize shards from the Slimes.
Round 3 focuses on standard Elemental Reactions focusing on either Vaporize or Melt with Sucrose or your chosen team comp with an Anemo swirler. If you already have enough Elemental Mastery, you may use their respective main stat like ATK% for Arlecchino or Tartaglia.
On each wave in Round 1, use Venti's Burst from a distance so that his vortex would suck in enemies to the middle of the arena. Note that Venti's burst targets your closest enemy, so align yourself so that he shoots it towards the middle.
Venti's Burst also doesn't last very long, so for every wave, make sure to use his Burst near the end of your team rotation.
The second round starts with multiple Slimes of Pyro and Hydro elements. As the Ley Line Disorder gives buffs whenever you trigger Crystallize, using Geo attacks is best on these waves.
The latter waves consist of Praetorian Golems, which always start with thick Geo shields. Any blunt attacks from Claymores or regular Geo units like Navia or Zhongli would be best to lower its guard and resistances.
While the third round doesn't require you to run specific characters, the enemies here are quite beefy, so utilize the best Elemental Reactions like Vaporize or even Hyperbloom to quickly defeat enemies.
Note that the Ruin Machines or big Clockwork Mekas can also regenerate themselves if the other enemy has higher health than them, which means you must focus on hitting all enemies in a wave at the same time to prevent over-healing them.
