Slime Secretions are dropped by Slime enemies, which you can easily find by going to the Enemies tab of the Adventurer Handbook and pressing the Navigate button!

Get Slime Condensate from Daily Commissions

Some Daily Commissions in Mondstadt will require fighting Slimes, which in turn has a chance of dropping Slime Secretions! Set your preferred region to Mondstadt in the Adventurer Handbook's Commissions tab for a higher chance of getting the Slime-related Daily Commissions.

Get Slime Condensate from Ley Line Blossoms

Sometimes Ley Line Outcrops (Revelation and Wealth) spawn enemies like Slimes. Find Ley Line Outcrops to have more chances of getting Slime Secretions. Make sure you have enough Original Resin before hunting Ley Line Blossoms, as you need those to claim the rewards.
