Sabrina can force the opponent to switch out their Active Pokemon, giving you the opportunity to stall attacks and target underprepared Bench Pokemon.
It is especially effective against Stage 2 Pokemon; You can disrupt your opponent's set-up by forcing their Basic evolution into the Active Spot where you can deal direct damage.
If your opponent retreats a damaged Pokemon into the Bench, you can also use Sabrina to force them back into the Active Spot. However, this only works if there are no other Pokemon on the opponent's Bench.
Sabrina will not let you choose which Pokemon the opponent will switch in, so if there are multiple Pokemon on the Bench, it is better to use Cyrus since it specifically targets damaged Pokemon.
Sabrina can be used if you want to disrupt your opponent's Bench set-up, especially they are a setting up to a 2-Stage endgame.
However, your opponent can choose which Pokemon to switch out so beware of the risks and make sure your Active Pokemon does not have a disadavantage against any other Benched Pokemon.
If your Pokemon has the advantage, it is better to directly attack the Defending Pokemon before targeting the Bench.
Use Sabrina sparingly. The best times to use Sabrina is if if you are fine with your opponent switching to any other Pokemon on the Bench, or if there is only one other Pokemon on the Bench.
