Irida can heal 40 HP to all Pokemon with Water Energy attached. This could be really useful for bulk healing if you have multiple Pokemon who are damaged or are close to being OHKO'd.
Irida is not restricted to healing Water Pokemon; the card only needs to have Water Energy to be healed. Even a Fire-type Pokemon can be healed by Irida as long as it has a Water energy attached to it.

You can craft Irida by spending 70 Pack Points! Keep in mind that pack points are accumulated separately by expansion, so open booster packs from a specific pack to get pack points for Irida for that pack!
Pack Points Explained

Irida is a 2-Diamond rarity card, which needs 0 Shinedust for trading. It can only be traded with other cards of the same rarity.
Irida is a great inclusion for any deck with Water Energy. This heals 40 damage from all damaged Pokemon that have Water Energy on them.
