Garchomp ex and Sylveon ex Deck
[★ Best ★] |
Strengths:
• Garchomp ex can attack Benched Pokemon for just one Energy. • Garchomp ex can OHKO Eevees and benched Fossils with ease. • Sylveon ex's Ability increases the deck's consistency in finding necessary evolution cards and Trainer cards. Weaknesses: • • Sylveon ex has low HP, making it susceptible to getting gusted by Cyrus and KOd. |
Garchomp and Mantyke Deck [★ New ★] |
Strengths:
• Mantyke removes the need for getting Water Energy from the Energy Zone. • Using Garchomp ex is an option if Mantyke is not drawn on the first turn. Weaknesses: • May take time to set up when Rare Candy isn't drawn. |
Rampardos and Garchomp ex Deck
|
Strengths:
• Has access to two of the best Fighting-type Stage 2 Pokemon. • Rampardos can deal a massive 130 damage, while Garchomp ex can snipe Benched Pokemon for only 1 Energy. • All Pokemon in the deck have inexpensive Attack Costs. Weaknesses: • Runs multiple Stage 2 lines which could make it inconsistent. |

Sylveon ex makes Garchomp ex more consistent, giving you extra card draw and helping you find important evolution cards and Rare Candies.
This deck does not run any Psychic Energy, relying solely on your Garchomp ex line for damage and sniping.
Garchomp ex is also positioned favorably against Eevee decks, being able to OHKO Eevees if it is able to evolve before they do.

This deck revolves around using Mantyke to generate Water Energy for Garchomp. This allows Garchomp to set up more smoothly, and removes the need to wait for Water Energy in the Energy Zone.
Garchomp ex is used as an alternative attacker if the player does not draw Mantyke on the first turn. While Garchomp ex cannot make use of Cynthia's damage boost, it can still be useful when targeting Benched Pokemon.

Rampardos and Garchomp ex are paired with each other, both of which are highly effective and efficient Fighting-type Stage 2s.
Use Rare Candy whenever you can to quickly evolve Skull Fossil into Rampardos, and Gible into Garchomp ex.

Garchomp ex is paired with Lucario in this deck. Having at least one Benched Lucario card will boost Garchomp ex's damage output, which can allow Dragon Claw to OHKO bulkier opponents.
Marshadow can function as an early-game attacker while Garchomp ex sets up in the bench. However, it can also be used as a finisher after one of your Pokemon has been knocked out.

This deck would ideally want to start with Hitmonlee, then send out Marshadow once Hitmonlee is KOd for a big Revenge play. It also uses Pokemon Communication to find important evolution cards.
2 Cyrus is also in the list because it synergizes with Hitmonlee's snipe. Use Cyrus on your Marshadow turn to take out a damage ex Pokemon from your opponent's Bench.

Rare Candy can allow Garchomp ex to start attacking as early as your second turn.

Always aim to start with Hitmonlee first, and have a Marshadow ready in the Bench. Force opponents to KO Hitmonlee after having Hitmonlee continuously snipe their Bench, then have Marshadow ready to come in for a boosted Revenge.
Once both your Single Point Pokemon have been KOd, send out Garchomp ex to take on your opponent's remaining Pokemon and have it knock them out. By doing this, you would be forcing your opponents to take 4 Points by KOing two Single Point Pokemon and an ex.

Garchomp ex can finish off low-HP Pokemon anywhere on the field with Linear Attack. For damaging the Defending Pokemon, it has Dragon Claw, which does a good 100 damage.

Hitmonlee can attack around the likes of Druddigon and Rocky Helmet with Stretch Kick sniping your oppoonent's Bench. This is good for taking out Magikarps and whittling down the health of Giratina ex and Darkrai ex.

Gible has a very low 60 HP, which is easy enough to KO by Pokemon who can quickly deal 50 damage plus a Giovanni.

Decks that have multiple Stage 2 lines will have difficulty recovering once their options are shuffled back into the deck. Try to time your disruption cards after your opponent has exhausted their resources like Professor's Research.
