The Special Set 01 Playmat can be purchased from the Special tab in the Main section of the Shop for 26 Special Shop Tickets. You can find it under Accessories as part of the Special Series set.

Playmats are Unlocked at Level 3

Playmats and other deck accessories become available once you reach level 3. This is when battles are unlocked. Once you complete the battle tutorial, you'll be able to make your own decks with your own accessories.

Even if you obtain a deck accessory before reaching level 3, you won't be able to make use of it before this point.
