The Finale of the Deep is an overall decent sword with decent stats, provided that you meet the requirements to activate its buffs. By using an Elemental Skill, it will consume 25% of your character's HP in exchange for increased ATK.
This HP consumption will only take effect after a set amount of time, and will stack depending on the number of times the Elemental Skill is cast. However, having that character healed will deactivate the HP consumption and provide additional ATK.
Taking its ATK buffs into account, Finale of the Deep is excellent for DPS and Sub-DPS characters. However, it is worth noting that in order to take full advantage of its buffs, you need to have a healer in your party.
DPS characters like Ayaka and Ayato will benefit well from this sword. For characters who can cast their Elemental Skill more than once like Keqing, be sure to recast the skill only after being healed for maximum DMG.
In the same manner, healers who scale off of ATK like Qiqi and Jean will also benefit from the buffs bestowed by the Finale of the Deep.
While some may think that Qiqi and Jean have sizeable intervals in terms of healing, worry not, for the buff lasts for 15 seconds. Additionally, they can heal quickly by actively attacking opponents, which will be useful in activating the sword's ATK boost.

While it could work with Lynette, there are a couple things to consider. While she can get the bonus immediately, she still requires a steady stream of healing since her skill will drain her HP otherwise. It also makes using her skill to sprint around outside combat problematic, since the bond will keep adding up when she's not dealing damage with it. Then, when she enters combat, she will have a massive bond to clear before being able to get the bonus or heal.

Not sure why this weapon uses handguards from Inazuma while it's a Fontaine weapon and there are already sooo many weapons and characters using handguards. It's ridiculous how handguards are way too rare for their usage, you can get them only in Inazuma and they are used everywhere and the Nobushi are tough and don't drop many. Compared to that you have those chaos things dropped by Ruin Sentinels from the same Inazuma region that are dropped a lot and used only for a bunch of weapons.
