Mega Medicham ex can notably shred through Pom-Pom Oricorio's Safeguard Ability using Chakra Fist. Not needing to tech in a counter to Pom-Pom Oricorio makes Mega Medicham ex a very flexible Pokemon to build a deck around.

Chakra Fist also goes through damage reduction from cards like Heavy Helmet and Metal Core Barrier.

Accelerate Energy with Dawn and Giratina ex

Giratina ex can help meet Chakra Fist's condition of having Psychic Energy for its damage boost with the help of Dawn to transfer Energy to it.

How to Beat Mega Medicham ex Decks

Attack Mega Medicham ex for Weakness

Mega Altaria ex can be set up faster than Mega Medicham ex, and can damage it for weakness. Its usual partners are also effective in putting Mega Medicham ex into Mega Altaria ex's KO range.

Use Utility Psychic Pokemon

Mega Medicham ex notably has 180 HP, making it susceptible to a Cyrus and a KO from Mega Altaria ex after it has taken 30 damage from Jirachi's Star Drop.

Chingling can also damage Meditite for weakness, softening it up for a KO later in the game.
