| Once during your turn, you may move all Psychic Energy from 1 of your Benched Psychic Pokemon to your Active Pokemon. |
| Damage: 100 |

Lunala ex can transfer Psychic Energy from a Benched Pokemon to the Active Pokemon using its Ability, which synergizes with Giratina ex, who can generate Psychic Energy through its Broken-Space Bellow.
Best Giratina ex Decks and Card List
You can use Lunala ex's ability once every turn, keeping a lot energy in rotation within your deck. However, if your Active Pokemon gets defeated, all energy attached to that card will be lost so make sure to carry HP cards like Giant Cape and Pokemon Center Lady.
Best Lunala ex Decks and Card List

In a game where you go second, if you're lucky enough to have Rare Candy and Lunala ex in hand, Cosmog in the active spot, and Giratina ex on the bench, you can have Lunala ex dealing damage as early as your second turn.
Rare Candy allows you to evolve Cosmog into Lunala ex instantly without needing Cosmoem. Since Giratina ex should have generated energy on its previous turn, use Lunala ex's ability to transfer energy onto itself—allowing you to start attacking as early as Turn 4.
