Pierro is the DIrector among the 11 Harbingers. Little is known about this man, except that his pupils bear similarity with those of Kaeya's and Dainsleif's—both individuals hailing from the fallen nation of Khaenri'ah. He's also the one who pinned Tartaglia's Electro Delusion.

Dottore is rank second of the members of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He was first briefly mentioned in-game during Tartaglia's Story Quest as the one who owned Liyue's "Institute of Toy Research" and later on became the central character in Nahida's Archon quest.

It's then revealed that Dottore has multiple segments across different time dimensions. All segments but a single one were allegedly destroyed, however.

Columbina, also known as Damselette, is ranked third in the eleven Fatui Harbingers. She's a petite girl with a mask laden over her eyes. She's seen slumping over the deceased Harbinger, La Signora's coffin during the A Winter Night's Lazzo teaser.

First known as Peruere, Arlecchino inherited her Harbinger title from the previous director of House of the Hearth, Crucabena, after defeating her in an all-out battle.

She then succeeded Crucabena as the director of the orphanage, and refers to herself as Father, while working under the direct orders of the Tsaritsa as the new Knave.

Pulcinella, the "Rooster", is ranked fifth in Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He was first shown in the Travail storyline teaser.

He has shown great interest to Tartaglia, whose prowess in battle enabled him to join the Fatui Harbingers. Pulcinella also seem to be genuinely affectionate to Tartaglia and his siblings.

Scaramouche the "Balladeer" is ranked sixth in the eleven Fatui Harbingers. While he first made his debut during the Unreconciled Stars event, Scaramouche took a vital role in the capture of the Electro Archon's Gnosis during the Inazuma Archon Quest.

Scaramouche is also referred to as "Kunikuzushi" in the voicelines of Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko. He is also a playable character in the name of "Wanderer,", which appeared to have come from one of his aliases, "Wandering Eccentric."

7th - Sandrone: Marionette

Sandrone, the "Marionette" is one of the members of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. Her rank is 7th below Scaramouche. Beside her is a Ruin-like entity, which carries her on its right palm.

Sandrone seems to hold Tartaglia with contempt, as noted by Childe himself after receiving annoyed looks from her every time Sandrone sees him.

La Signora "The Fair Lady" is ranked eighth in the the eleven Fatui Harbingers. She is also the Crimson Witch of Flames, and worked undercover to claim the Anemo and Geo Gnosis during the events of the Archon Quest.

The Crimson Witch of Flames is also the first deceased member of the Fatui Harbingers, which brings their total number down to ten.

Tartaglia is ranked eleventh and the youngest Fatui Harbinger to date. He is also the first playable Harbinger character in the game, who wields a Bow weapon and the Hydro element.

Tartaglia tried to obtain the Geo Gnosis during the events of the Liyue Archon Quest, but failed to do so. He has since been friendly to the Traveler and Paimon, who even asked them to take care of his brother, Teucer, during his Story Quest.

Primary Antagonists of the Story

The Eleven Fatui Harbingers all answer at the beck and call of the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa. Each and one of the harbinger has their own primary reason for swearing fealty to the crown, but ultimately, all eleven of them vows to seize the power of Celestia.

The Harbingers have currently gathered three out of seven Gnoses, one of which was snatched by a then rogue Scaramouche. It was eventually recovered by Dottore during Act 5 of Nahida's Archon Quest.

How many Harbingers Are There?

There are exactly eleven members of the Fatui Harbingers. This was confirmed by Tartaglia, the newest Harbinger, as being the 11th.

With La Signora's death, however, their numbers go down to ten. It's still currently unknown whether or not the Harbingers have further plans of filling-up this empty position.

Yelan	The Fatui harbinger? He helped me out once — unwittingly. I was planning a deep-reaching investigation into the former owner of the Yanshang Teahouse, but our harbinger friend got to him first. He showed up demanding payment of his debt, and also exposed his accounting fraud, which got him thrown in jail. That made it very easy for me to take over Yanshang Teahouse myself, and it's proven to be a very useful base.
Zhongli	Composed: That rascal from Snezhnaya has yet to depart from Liyue? Heh, no matter. Just let me know if he gives you any trouble. I shall deal with the matter swiftly.
