You can get Micle Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

Pokemon May Also Fall From Trees
You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

Micle Berry Competitive Analysis
Micle Berry will raise the user's accuracy by one stage when its health drops below 25%.
This Berry is useful for Pokemon with the Hustle Ability to combat accuracy lost for the Attack boost gained.
You can also use this on Pokemon that have 70% accuracy moves in their moveset, but do take note that accuracy will only get boosted once the Pokemon is in near-critical health.
Micle Berry vs Accuracy-Boosting Items
Zoom Lens and Wide Lens are items that also boost its holder's accuracy.
Compared to Micle Berry, these items does not demand that your Pokemon be put in a precarious position to boost its accuracy, so it is safer to utilize these items if you want an accuracy boost.

As a Curry Ingredient
Micle Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Micle Berry in your Curry will give it a Dry and Sweet flavor.
As a Cram-O-Matic Item
You can also use Micle Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
