| Effect | A Berry to be consumed by Pokemon. If a Pokemon holds one, it can recover from being frozen on its own in battle. |
|---|---|
You can get Aspear Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.
| North Lake Miloch | Giant's Seat |
| Route 7 |
You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

You can get all kinds of Berries as a reward when winning Max Raids.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
The Aspear Berry is consumed and thaws the user out if it is Frozen. This is useful in situations where you will face a team filled with Ice-type Pokemon.
The Lum Berry is superior to the Aspear Berry as the former cures any status condition. Additionally, Freeze is the least common status condition making Aspear not as valuable even compared to the other Berries that restore a single status condition.

Aspear Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Aspear Berry in your Curry will give it a Sour flavor.

You can also use Aspear Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
