Based on this day's recommended cards, your strategy will involve being creative with Elemental Bursts.
While most of the cards presented to you have easy access to Elemental Bursts due to their cheap Energy costs, this deck has the potential to do the most DMG with a combination of the Quicken elemental reactions and Noelle's prodigious swings.
The main selling point of this deck is the fact that each character only needs 2 Energy charges, which will be provided as soon as the duel begins, and how easy it is to regain them all, thanks to the Raiden Shogun.
Take note, however, although Raiden can provide the team easier access to their Bursts in terms of Energy, it still can't guarantee the Elemental Die you'll need for a specific character! For that, simply using Elemental Tuning to get your desired dice!
Setting up end-phase reactions is extremely game changing when it comes to winning TCG matches. In this case, we will be taking out Ayaka's cards one by one as quickly as possible, aiming to defeat at least one card each round.
Begin the match with the Raiden Shogun and cast her Skill, then switch to Collei and use her Burst to summon Cuilein-Anbar. This will make for easy decimation, especially with Noelle taking the front lines.
As one of the best cards in the game, Noelle will be your spearhead in this battle. Her Elemental Burst can deal a minimum of 4 Geo DMG each swing. When paired with the summons you have previously set up, it's possible to take down a card entirely in one turn!
If you're lucky enough to get the Tenacity of the Millelith card, be sure to equip it on Noelle. When her Burst is all but depleted, the Raiden Shogun will be able to keep her carnage up and running.
When it comes to Serious Showdown difficulty, think of Ayaka as a missile, with Shenhe and Xiangling's support enhancing the damage she will be causing before launching herself at you.
There are two ways you can go about this. You can either take Ayaka out first and prevent her from causing any DMG at all, or take out her supports to weaken her should she unleash her attacks against you.
Ayaka will make good use of both Shenhe and Xiangling to provide her with all the DMG support she needs to strike your cards down one by one. While you can play equally as offensive, keeping the party alive might also be in your best interest.

Kamisato Ayaka | Shenhe | Xiangling |
The name of Ayaka's game is maximizing her DMG output through the support provided by both Shenhe and Xiangling. Shenhe can increase Ayaka's Cryo DMG, and Xiangling can destroy your party with Melt reactions.
Make sure to prepare accordingly and prioritize which one to eliminate first!
Part 3 of all Event activities, including Zero Hour Invokation, is located in Inazuma. They are at the Outlanders Affairs Agency terrace to the south of Ritou.

Whoever wrote this guide 100% didn't play the event. They're telling you to use burst on turn 2 which isn't even possible. It WAS possible when they gave you all omni die, but in this and the later matches the regular dice mechanic comes back into play and you will NEVER have enough elemental die to cast burst on turn 2. It's just impossible haha. What a crap guide

whoever wrote this comment didnt read the guide--or they did, but dear universe, bless their soul for not comprehending it e n o u g h. Nowhere in the guide was it mentioned players can use their bursts in succession because of the omni dice; it literally said 'it's thanks to raiden's burst effect and the special rule for this round that they could'. my guy here just typed whatever bs he came up with and thought he ate. hyv should give you two free braincells and not that free ener
