How to Unlock Culminate! Chatter of Joyous Dreams
Complete Cards Out! Grievances Begone
To unlock the Duel! The Summoners' Summit! Act 4 quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 32 or above and complete the event quest Act 3, Cards Out! Grievances Begone.

Head to Caravan Ribat to Find the Truth
Continuing from the previous quest, head to Caravan Ribat in Sumeru where Kirara's delivery is located. Here you will meet Cyno and get an update on the King of Invokations Grand Prix in Sumeru.
Go to the Delivery Address with Kirara
Head south towards the desert from Caravan Ribat, following the road until you come across a Flaming Flower and trigger the next cutscene.
Find a Hiding Place
After coming up with a plan, turn left and hide behind the large stones to wait for Kirara's signal.
Defeat all Treasure Hoarder Opponents
After the cutscene, you will have to defeat all of the Treasure Hoarders that will appear. During this fight, you can also use Kirara as a Trial character! Once you defeat the Treasure Hoarders, another cutscene will be triggered.
Head to Vimara Village
After solving the mystery of the Card Snatcher, head to Vimara Village where Kirara for one final delivery. Entering the village will trigger another cutscene.
Ask Zadith about the Whereabouts of the Scholar
Approach the NPC Zadith, who will be located just ahead of the Teleport Waypoint in Vimara Village.
Ask Arezo about the Whereabouts of the Scholar
Afterwards, talk to the NPC Arezo, who is located across the river from where Zadith is standing. She will direct you towards the Village Head.
Ask the Village Head about the Whereabouts of the Scholar
Go to the Village Head, the old man Amadhiah, standing just south of Arezo and in front of a house located on wooden platforms.
Go up to the House and Talk to Garvipidam
Garvipidam lives in a house at the highest level of Vimara Village. You can go up and cross the hanging, wooden bridge, follow the path past the NPC Iotham, and straight to Garvipidam's house.
Complete the Cutscene with Garvipidam to Finish the Quest
Talking to Garvipidam will trigger a lengthy cutscene that reveals the true origins of the Genius Invokation TCG within Genshin Impact's world!
After completing the cutscene with Kirara and Charlotte, the quest will conclude.

When triggering the cutscene with Garvipidam the game just goes to a black screen and stays there for good, does anybody know any solution to this?
