How to Solve the Sumeru 1 Evermotion Mechanical Painting

Sumeru 1 Painting Solution

Steps	Objectives
1	Swap Surface 1 and 3
2	Swap Surface 2 and 1
3	Place a Large Gear in Gear Column 1
4	Place a Medium Gear in Gear Column 2
5	Place a Medium Gear in Gear Column 4
6	Place a Large Gear in Gear Column 5

Swap Surface I and Surface III

To solve the Mechanical Painting Sumeru I, swap Surface I with Surface III. They're the panels diagonally across each other.

Swap Surface I and Surface II

After swapping Surface I with Surface III, proceed with swapping Surface II with Surface I. This brings Surface I to the lower left quadrant of the painting, Surface II to the lower right quadrant, while Surface III on the upper left quadrant.

Place the Gears Appropriately

Lastly, place a Large gear on Gear Column 1, a Medium Gear on Gear Column 2, and another Large Gear on Gear Column 3 and 5, apiece. There's no need to place any gear on Gear Column 4 to solve the Sumeru Puzzle 1!

To solve the Mechanical Painting Sumeru II, you just have to do exactly what you did with the Sumeru I painting! Simply swap Surface 1 and 3, followed by swapping Surface 1 and 2.

Place the Gears Appropriately

While the surface swapping is similar with Sumeru I, the gear placements are slightly different. Simply place large gears both on Gear Columns 1 and 5, and place medium gears on both Gear Columns 3 and 4, to solve this mechanical painting!
