Elemental Reactions in Genius Invokation TCG possess similar mechanics to Genshin's basic combat rules. When you play a card with Cryo, Hydro, Pyro, Electro, or Dendro attacks, it will apply the element to them.
Note: You cannot apply Anemo or Geo to the enemy.
Genius Invokation TCG Gameplay Rules
Dealing another specific type of Elemental damage to the opposing card will trigger an Elemental Reaction. Non-damaging effects can also perform Elemental Reactions, but all effects that affect the damage will be ignored.
