Quest Walkthrough Summary

Genshin - Commence! A Suspect Genesis - Go to Mondstadt
Head to the Mondstadt City Gates to trigger the first cutscene, where you'll hear about the latest Genius Invokation tournament!

Genshin - Commence! A Suspect Genesis - Go to Cat
Walk up to The Cat's Tail Tavern to find Diona! Diona will tell you to find Margaret for more details.

Genshin - Commence! A Suspect Genesis - Talk to Margaret at the fountain
Head to the fountain in the middle of the city square, where Margaret is located. You will trigger another cutscene and meet the reporter from Fontaine, Charlotte!

Genshin - Commence! A Suspect Genesis - Follow Charlotte to meet Mona
Charlotte will ask you to follow her until you trigger another cutscene.

Genshin - Commence! A Suspect Genesis - Go to the event venue
After the cutscene, head to the event venue located south of the Knights of Favonius Headquarters!

After another cutscene, talk to Charlotte again by the stairs leading out of the venue.

Follow the suspicious person heading to the side gate of Mondstadt City.

Keep following the suspicious person to the outskirts of Mondstadt City, and uphill until you run into Treasure Hoarders.

Defeat the Treasure Hoarders to trigger another cutscene and talk to the suspicious person!
